Key job responsibilities
Financial controllership, reporting and planning.
Support senior leaders through performance management and setting them up for success in complex negotiations.
Delivering impactful analysis, providing cut-through insight based on inputs.
Finance leadership of key strategic initiatives to support the growth and innovation of our projects.
Working on projects from end to end, delivering actionable insights and recommendations, tracking and measurement of initiatives.
Partnership with business, product and data teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
Advanced level of English
Preferred Qualifications
MBA/CPA/CFA preferred
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups)
Ability to thrive and grow quickly in a fast growing company
Proven ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
Relevant finance experience in a large, multinational organization, with world-class processes.
Financial Services experience preferred
