LIUGONG, a multinational company from Yellow Line field, manufacturer of heavy machinery, wheel loaders, excavators and other machines,  is looking for this professional, to work in Gran Buenos Aires/AR, acting in Latin America. Reporting to Service Coordinator and Product Support Manager in Argentina:

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial or related to the technical area.

Experience:

·         * Have worked as an engineer in areas related to After Sales, preferable at heavy construction machinery industry, heavy machinery or industrial engines.

·        *  Technical knowledge of heavy machinery and its systems (engine, hydraulics, electronics, transmissions, etc) and Experience in technical training.

Languages: Native Spanish and Intermediate English is mandatory

Activities: 

* Provide basic training to distributors about products, developing new technical materials, and translate some of them, for new product's technical support.

* Follow and orientate distributors regarding capabilities and internal audits in accord of procedures.

* Provide technical support to distributors about significant failures and prepare reports through internal systems,

* Offer Judgement on guaranteed processes,

* Technical support to distributors and internally to other areas of the company (Spare Parts, Marketing, Commercial, Product).

* Prepare and lead KPI controls and Monthly results for company.

* Technically assist the commercial & product team in negotiations with customers and to visit and develop KA customers.

* Take responsibility for customer satisfaction surveys and improvement projects and look for  solutions in the field with the spare parts department.

On-site activity with periodical travels to LATAM (25% of time). Payment in Dollars in Third Party Services Contract with LiuGong LA Brazil.
